Please note that our standard processing time is 10-14 business days plus shipping (if required), which begins once your quote has been fully approved and paid and we have received all necessary materials for your order. Although some orders may be completed more quickly, others may take slightly longer, we make every effort to adhere to the 10-14 business day time frame. If you require your order to be completed sooner or on a specific date, kindly inform us before approving your quote. 

Personalizing apparel is a process that requires a hands-on approach, and as such, it is prone to imperfections. There may be instances during production where a garment needs to be discarded, or a particular blank may be found to be defective. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we carefully inspect each garment individually before shipping or pickup. Any discarded garments will be subtracted from your invoice. However, if you require a specific number of garments, we recommend ordering additional pieces of each size and indicating your essential selections before approving your quote. Additionally, we allow for a production variance of up to 5% per impression location. 

In short, the answer is negative. It is not advisable to print over a pocket seam in most cases, with a success rate of only 0.1%. This is an important consideration to bear in mind when creating designs for hoodies. The printing dimensions that can be accommodated for hoodies will differ depending on the brand and size. For instance, a typical small-sized Gildan 18500 hoodie can accommodate a print that is approximately 11 inches in height. 

Hey there, unforeseeable circumstances can arise, and regrettably, some of these events are beyond our control. Occasionally, we may not receive blank garments on schedule due to issues with our supplier or shipping companies, unfavorable weather conditions, and so on. If your deadline is exceptionally tight, it is vital to keep this in mind. Rest assured, we will make every effort to deliver your order on schedule. 

It is essential to note that there may be a color difference between pixels on a monitor and physical ink and garments. We rely on images of blanks provided by our suppliers, which may differ from the actual garment. Unfortunately, we cannot compare the garment to the image without physically having the garments on hand. Additionally, the embroidery thread color may differ from digital to physical. We utilize a Pantone color system for our ink, so if you have a Pantone book, it can provide a reasonable idea of how the colors will appear. However, it is crucial to keep in mind that there is no exact set of Pantone formulas for screen printing ink. Although we make every effort to get as close as possible, there may be minor variations in ink color. Please inform us before approving your quote if color variance will be a problem. 

Screen printing is a process that requires a hands-on approach, and it is not perfect. It is possible that a garment may be printed slightly crooked. We request that you allow for a 1-inch variance in any direction. During our inspection process, if we identify any impressions that appear crooked, we will remove the garment from your invoice. It is important to note that the human body is not perfectly straight, and certain garments may appear differently on one person than another. 

Our ultimate goal is for you to be pleased with your garments. Nonetheless, it is important to note that we do not manufacture the garments ourselves, and we cannot guarantee a perfect fit. Most brands do provide sizing charts for their garments, so if you have concerns regarding fit, kindly inform us before approving your quote, and we will make every effort to obtain a sizing chart for you.
